Reciprocals
The Bay East Association of REALTOR®S; Multiple Listing Service is part of a Bay Area Reciprocal Listing Agreement (BARLA) with the following surrounding Associations/MLS's. This means that you can have your listing published by any BARLA's MLS without having to be a Participant/Subscriber of that MLS.
- To Submit a Reciprocal Listing you must:
- Be a Bay East-MLS Participant/Subscriber in good standing
- First put the listing on Bay East MLS (MAX/PARAGON)
- Call (925) 730-4071 to request the reciprocal forms with the following information:
- Listing Number
- Your fax or email address
- City or MLS you would like to reciprocate your listing to
- Blank listing forms for that MLS will be faxed or emailed to you.
The following is a list of the participating Associations/MLS's and their listing fees, which are subject to change at anytime. Please check with our MLS department for current listings fees and to receive Reciprocal paperwork. Please have the MLS number and your fax number available.
