Achievement Club Awards

2008 Achievement Club Awards Application Now Available!

The REALTOR® Achievement Club is an awards program designed to recognize all Bay East REALTORS® who have used the MLS and closed more than $3 million in Residential and/or Commercial Sales/Listings or 8-16 units for the year.

Following is the revised criteria for the 2008 Awards.

President 8 - 16 $3 - $6,000,000
Master 17 - 29 $6,000,001 - $11,000,000
Grand Master 30 - 49 $11,000,001 - $25,000,000
Pinnacle 50+ $25,000,000+

If you would like to participate in the 2008 Achievement Club, you must complete the application form and submit it to the Association by January 30, 2009. Please include a copy of the MLS "Firm Inventory" report with your Achievement Club application. This report shows all of your sales and listings as reported to the MLS.

    How to run a Paragon "Firm Inventory" Report

  1. Login to Paragon
  2. Click on Search on the Icon Toolbar
  3. Click on Firm Inventory
  4. Click on the Open button next to status.
  5. Pick the sold status
  6. Input the Listing date & End date
  7. Click on Count
  8. Click on Search

Any listings not listed on the Paragon MLS (out of area, new homes, etc.), must be accompanied by printouts from another MLS, or a letter/summary from broker of sales.

If you have trouble running the report, you can contact Roya Chaudhry at (925) 730-4071. After submitting an application, your records will be confirmed and you will be notified of your qualification for an award.

As a reminder, sales of commercial properties listed on the MLS can be counted in the number of units and the dollars sold.

Note: There will be no team awards and no district awards.
